Go Kindy recognise that children’s safety is a priority. We acknowledge that child abuse is not tolerated and must not happen. We act in the best interest of the child and respect the rights of the child. Go Kindy are committed to safeguarding children and young people.
We have zero tolerance for child abuse and are committed to the safety, participation, and empowerment of all children. All staff, educators, volunteers, and students adhere to child protection laws under national regulations laws and undergo current child protection training and understand their obligations as mandatory reporters. We promote diversity and tolerance, ensuring equitable and positive relationships with children. We listen to and respect children’s suggestions and ideas, responding to concerns, disclosures, allegations, or suspicions of harm by reporting to relevant authorities.

Educator Qualifications & Training
Do our educators hold qualifications?
Yes! All Go Kindy educators are fully qualified (or actively working towards a qualification). They complete continuous training to ensure high-quality care and optimal learning outcomes for your child. Go Kindy maintains copies of all educator qualifications and current transcripts strictly onsite.
Are our educators trained in child protection?
Yes! Child protection training is a fundamental part of our educators' early childhood studies. To ensure their knowledge remains current and comprehensive, Go Kindy educators regularly participate in child protection refresher courses. Additionally, every single Go Kindy employee has successfully completed the government's National Child Safety Training program.
Do our educators hold First Aid and CPR certifications?
Yes! Go Kindy prioritises your child's safety, which is why we believe it is essential for all of our educators to hold current first aid certificates. We host two specialised training evenings each year, providing our educators with regular opportunities to seamlessly renew their certifications and keep their life-saving skills sharp.
How do you track educator qualifications and regulatory requirements?
To maintain transparency and compliance, all professional qualifications, certifications, and additional training modules are strictly logged in the National Workers Register. Every educator working within our facilities is added to this register, allowing us to accurately track and manage qualification statuses and training expiry dates.
