Can my child join me for my tour?

Yes! Your little one is more than welcome to join. This will allow them to explore the environment and meet their educators.

Can I secure a position on my tour?

Absolutely! After paying your $200 booking our team can send you an enrolment offer!

Who will conduct my Tour ?

Our Service Manager or 2IC will take you through the Service. During your tour you will be provided with information about the daily and service operations. Questions are encouraged during the tours.

Do I need to do anything before my tour?

Yes! Set yourself up with a my family lounge account prior to your tour. By entering your details, your child's details and creating a booking request, this make securing your position easy during your tour!
